Greenleaf Farms

Farmer: Greg Brown

Greenleaf Farms is an owner/operated Certified Naturally Grown farm located in Barnesville, Georgia.  We are Greg and Maeda Brown and we moved to our farm in 2007. We grow a variety of produce from asparagus to zinnias on 2 acres of a 6 acre farm.  We are also members of WWOOF – World Wide Organization of Organic Farmers – an organization that places people interested in farming with farms around the country and the world for volunteer or intern opportunities. Twice a year we have events at the farm – in the spring we have the Till and Fill and in the fall we have the Weed and Feed. Basically a fun filled event where you come out to the farm to learn and see how we do things – then we feed you a wonderful meal at the end of the day. Greg has a background in Food/Beverage as well as landscaping and Maeda also has a background in Food/Beverage.
